With Norton Zone, you can make any file you want available to all the clients or colleagues who need to see it. They can access, edit and share the contents of a folder. As soon as a change is made to a file in your Norton Zone folder, you’ll see that change on all your other connected devices. To share a file, just send a link that will let the recipient download it. You never need to worry about exceeding email attachment limits. Just add the link to emails, instant messages, Twitter, etc. – with no login required. You can even set up link expirations and download limits for better control of your files.

Work better together

Did your partner just make a change to the spreadsheet? Or did your client just provide feedback on a proposal? Everyone that’s sharing a file can follow all the changes by making and tracking comments. More important, older versions of a file are automatically archived – an unlimited number – so everyone on your team has a full history of a file that you can view and retrieve.
